Returns 

Returns is free of charge inside Sweden if you change size. If you change your mind once you've changed size/product and still want to return your order, there will be a fee of 150 SEK withdrawn from the refund.

However if you want to return a package and receive a refund you will be charged for the return. Why? The reason we've changed to this option is because too many people place huge orders just to try it out then send it back. All returns are subject to a return fee of 99 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Outside of Sweden, we don’t pay for your returns. You have 14 days after you've received the product to return it. The product must be in unused condition with all the tags left. You also need to send it back in the same package as you got it delivered in. The zip bag the clothing piece comes in when delivered to you must be sent back. However you can NOT only send it back in the zip bag, as this can damage the product. Everything needs to be in the same condition as we’ve sent it out to you. If not we will NOT accept the return.

 

What happens if I don't pick up my package? 

If you place an order with free shipping and don't pick up the package, you will be charged for both the shipping for it to be sent to you and the return shipping fee.

Contact us through mail and we will guide you through the return process. 

 

Not received your package?

 

If you haven't received your package after the normal delivery time please send us a mail directly so we can check what has happened to your package. If you approach us after more than 21 days about that you haven't received, no refund can be made. As well if it says the package has been delivered by the post company there's nothing we can do as this is the post companies responsibility.
